Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had our whole house painted (brick, trim, windows, garage, and shutters), and they did a phenomenal job. Emmanuel was great to work with, and he clearly communicated the whole process. I was genuinely shocked at his level of detail. After the initial painting was done, he walked the whole house and noticed tiny little details that I would have never seen. Then, he made sure they were corrected the right way. We also had an issue with our shutters not taking paint well even though they were bought “ready for paint”. Emmanuel took it upon himself to make sure they were sanded back down, primed properly, then painted again. The team took great care of our space as well. No trash left behind and nothing damaged in any way. Overall, a very positive experience from a professional group. Honestly, I wish more companies operated with this level of integrity and craftsmanship. Can’t recommend them enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mr. Lester came out to clean some paint overspray off the driveway. He went over and above the call of duty. Mr. Lester not only cleared up the overspray and he cleaned the entire driveway. He did an immaculate job!

Their pricing was competitive, and the workmanship was top‑tier. Austin Smith explained the proposal clearly and broke down each part of the job so we knew exactly what to expect. Orlander, the lead painter, did excellent work onsite. Emmanuel, the project manager, checked in regularly and made sure we were satisfied with every stage before moving forward. When changes came up, the team was flexible, responsive, and easy to work with. I strongly recommend Riggins Painting for any painting project.

The process of getting a quote was very easy, and very thorough. I was grateful that they asked me about things that I didnt think of myself. Riggins ended up replacing a whole section of exterior wall eaten up with dry rot, and I could not be happier (and relieved) with thr work they did. Franklin (project mgr) and Francisco (crew lead) handled my job in 3 days, always on time and working non-stop. Communicating with them on-site was very easy. I have more work that needs to be done later, and I will absolutely be calling Riggins to handle it!

From the beginning, every detail of what I wanted and needed was discussed in detail. Emmanuel, the project manager, was very professional and communicated each step, when and who would be working. He also helped me with color selection. The prep work was very thorough. Orlando, the leader on the job, was outstanding! The whole group worked VERY hard in the July heat from 8am-6pm. They were very diligent and stayed on the job until it was complete. At the end, all the little details and questions were taken care of with a great attitude! I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Here at Riggins Painting, we do things a little different. Many paint contractors see their customers like an invoice instead of a person. They treat your home or business like a 'job site' and are always in a rush to the next project. We don't see things that way. Our goal is to treat every customer with the respect and detail that we would want to be treated with. Instead of rushing through 'jobs' we see each project as an opportunity to make our clients happy.
Christopher Riggins founded Riggins Painting in 2009 in the Memphis Metro area, including Collierville and Germantown, after starting out as a painter right out of high school and working his way up to foreman, project manager, and estimator. When the company he worked for closed during the 2009 recession, he saw an opportunity to keep serving those customers himself — and his hands-on Residential and Commercial experience in every role gives him a unique perspective on delivering quality from start to finish. Outside of work, Christopher has been married to his wife Renee since 2004, has five daughters, and enjoys fishing and playing volleyball and softball with family.
